Getting Started at Maia

Step 1: Free Intro or Beginners Course

You have two options to getting your journey at Maia CrossFit started.

Either:

(1) FREE INTRO: This is a 40 minute session with one of our coaches to get a taste of what classes are like here at Maia. You will run through a mini class as well as discuss your previous training history, goals and any current injuries. From here you can decide to book into our next beginners course, opt for some additional 1:1 intro sessions or move to step 2. To book your free intro session click here.

(2) BEGINNERS COURSE: Our beginner’s course is tailor-made for those new to CrossFit or returning to training after a break. We're approaching capacity so we’ve temporarily paused our beginners’ courses however, more courses will be available in 2024! Register your details with us today, and we’ll notify you as soon as the next course is open for registration. Click here to sign up for our waitlist. Step 2: Membership

After your intro sessions or beginners course it’s time to choose a membership option that suits you so that you can attend classes. We have a range of membership options that can be found below.

For those wanting to get the most out of the week and maximise their training sessions.

For those wanting to supplement their current physical activity with something extra, up to 3 classes per week.
