Finding it hard to stay consistent or not sure where to start?

Our 8-week bootcamp is designed to help you build a routine and feel good moving again. It’s beginner-friendly, with a mix of training styles to improve your overall fitness. It’s a great way to get fitter for everyday life and find what works for you, whether that be 1:1 personal training, CrossFit membership or continue with another bootcamp.

  • Convenient session times: With sessions three days a week, fitting fitness into your schedule is easier than ever.

    • Tuesday and Thursday 7:30-8:30pm

    • Sunday 7:30–8:30am

  • 8-week commitment.

  • 3x 60-minute sessions per week.

  • $315 per person (part payment plans available).

  • Our next Bootcamp intake will start Tuesday, 5th August and finish Sunday, 28th September 2025.

  • Available to those aged 16 years and older.
