We programme our classes to specifically focus on getting you into the best shape of your life! Why not head down, watch a class, meet the team, find out for yourself!
Each class is led by our expert CrossFit trainers who are here to support you and ensure your safety when learning and performing the CrossFit Movements. Our classes go for 1 hour and typically entail a warm up, strength and skills sessions, the WOD (workout of the day) and a warm down.
If you havent tried crossfit before, we encourage you to book a free trial and have your very own coach take you through with our regular class. Then you will be able to join us in CrossFit classes - attending as much as required to push yourself to new levels.
CrossFit is for everyone in our classes, and only differs by degree of intensity and weight or movement.
Personal Coaching 1:1
We offer private coaching sessions for clients who want a one-on-one attention, require sports specific training, or have other specific goals or needs. Appointment availability varies. Please inquire here.
People that use personal training within Maia are highly motivated and goal focused, therefore 100% programme compliance is essential. The coach will customise appropriate strength and conditioning to allow for maximal results while maintaining and enhancing optimal performance.
